A wood core made of Poplar reinforced with 2 Beech wood stringers thru the board insert area, vertically laminated interchanging strips of 25mm. 10mm abs strip in the middle.
For simulation use approx.: Density of 430N/mm and Y-modulus of 9300

Bamboo has natural spring like properties and this improves the ride handling.

Finest grade Baltic Birch veneer for skateboard and longboard decks. 1.5mm thick.
Local wood as durable as Maple veneer! Birch veneer is not less durable them Maple, this is just a hype. Use local!
Works well with our Epoxy resin.
Make sure when you make your ride, to seal the edges with epoxy/varnish (wood glue does not always works as well) to prevent water intrusion. This will make your ride last.
