    In general, dont mix more then 250-300mL in one container, the mix can become too hot and will harden fast.

    Slow Cure: mix 100:46g. (45-55min pot life.)
    Tack-free time for the fast version is below 5h and less than 8h for the slow one. In general keep min. 24h in press.

    In case of heat curing (if possible use the CPM or Polar Bear version for compression heat curing), in general at 50C it will cure in 3h, at 60C it will cure in 80 minutes. I personally never went over 60C, for 80C pressing I used CPM/305 or polar bear resin.
    Make sure you use a digital scale. Mix by weight.

    Make sure you use gloves.

    The compression molding Polar Bear Biobased Epoxy System is designed for heat curing applications. Skis and snowboard manufacturing (also kite/wakeboards).

    Polar bear is a heated compression bio based epoxy.
