Item contains: 2 pcs Paulownia or Bcomp 200 (see wood category for more info), base + topsheet,  composite fabric of your choice, 1.2L  epoxy,  8m of 25mm VDS, 8m steel edges, 4 sidewalls + tip/tail fill.

Fabric options:

  1. 25oz triax Glass fabric. Add UD stringers separately if you need extra pop.
  2. Biax carbon + UD Bcomp flax: 2m carbon biax 300gms fabric for top and bottom and 2m 300gms UD bcomp fabric for top and bottom. You get premium ultra-responsive performance ski that is damped with bcomp fabric. Best of both worlds..
  3. Biax Bcomp Flax + UD carbon: 2m Bcomp biax 350gms flax fabric for top and bottom and 2m 130gms UD carbon fabric for top and bottom. You get a responsive ski, with great characteristics between the carbon one and glass one. It is also very much environmentally friendly.

We recommend you add one 100% alcohol wipe pr. sidewall, at least for cleaning and improved adhesion, read here.

Fabric options:

For simulation use: density of 235kg/m3, Y-modulus of 2200 N/mm.

The final core compared to Paulownia is usually some 10% thicker for same stiffness results. Please simulate.

1.5mm and 1.8mm ptex thickness only available in black or perhaps clear!

We suggest, for the triaxial glass layup, thay you add ~6m of 50mm carbon ud stringers in case you wish a reasonably thin ride with improved stiffness.
