  • 1 splitboard wood core – poplar/paulownia or poplar/beech combo with 10mm abs in the middle.
  • 7,5m stainless steel edges 1.2mm
  • 1.75m triaxial glass fabric or carbon/flax mix for great performance and light weight
  • 1,2L epoxy resin
  • 2 ABS sidewalls
  • 7,5m VDS 25mm rubber
  • 1.75m ptex base
  • 1.75m topsheet
  • 1 x tip/tail filler insert material
  • 34 M6 inserts
  • optional splitboard clips

  We suggest you also add 6m UD carbon 50mm stringers for the 25oz triax glass version, so you can keep the core lite and thin, while still be able to get stiffness and improved performance.

  Slitboard clip inserts M5x1 height 3.1mm are also available in store.

  We suggest you add 3-6m of 50mm carbon ud stringers in case you wish a reasonably thin ride with improved stiffness.

  Skis diy kit package to build your own skis.

  All you need to build own skis!

  Wood core is a dense wood core of either Ash or Bamboo. Due to the nature of bamboo, it does not have loads of torsional stiffness, so it benefits from carbon stringers diagonally or carbon biax. You can add this seperatelly for top and bottom also if you like.

  Item contains: 2 pcs Ash or Bamboo ski wood core, base + topsheet,  fabric, 1,2L  epoxy,  8m of 25mm VDS, 8m steel edges, 4 sidewalls + tip/tail fill

  Fabric options:

  1. 25oz Glass fabric. Add UD stringers separately if you need extra pop.
  2. Biax carbon + UD Bcomp flax: 2m carbon biax 300gms fabric for top and bottom and 2m 300gms UD bcomp fabric for top. You get premium ultra-responsive performance ski that is damped with bcomp fabric. Best of both worlds..
  3. Biax Bcomp Flax + UD carbon: 2m Bcomp biax 350gms flax fabric for top and bottom and 2m 130gms UD carbon fabric for top and bottom. You get a responsive ski, with great characteristics between the carbon one and glass one. It is also very much environmentally friendly.

  We recommend you add one 100% alcohol wipe pr. sidewall, at least for cleaning and improved adhesion, read here.
